Great Customer Service
Great customer service is something that everyone rightfully expects. However, in today’s fast pace digital society, too often customer service has taken the backseat. Unfortunately, not all customers speak up about the service they receive, good or bad.
As a small business owner, I’m constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers. We offer a range of services from providing basic assistance to providing full managed services. Not all customers have the same needs so we do our best to tailor our services to each customer’s particular situation. Above all else, providing great customer service is always at the top of our list.
Here is a video that inspired me personally about providing great customer service.
Cloud Backups
Cloud Backups
Companies are dealing with an ever increasing amount of data that has become critical to operating their business. Modern processes designed to safeguard information have become a requirement where they were once an option. Through all this, cloud storage has been proven to be a cost effective, reliable and secure solution. Cloud backups and recovery solutions utilize your current infrastructure, reducing the need for additional equipment. Software is typically installed on servers and workstations where the data resides. A lower total cost of ownership is achieved when moving to the cloud by eliminating the need for backup tapes, tape drives and expensive couriers. Instead of moving physical media by courier, the data is encrypted and sent to offsite datacenters through secure data tunnels over the Internet.

Voice over IP (VoIP)
Is Voice over IP (VoIP) right for you?
As with all business owners, keeping your expenses under control is a critical factor to achieving and maintaining profitability. Certain expenses such as water, electric and telephones are necessities businesses cannot operate without. However, your choices have been limited as most of these companies have a monopoly in their respective areas. Voice over IP (VoIP) might be your answer.
Voice over IP (VoIP) is a technology that provides telephone connectivity over the Internet instead of using traditional phone lines. You’ve probably used VoIP services already, with or without your knowledge. Most of the Fortune 500 companies switched to VoIP services years ago, drastically reducing their telecom costs. When you call your bank, a package delivery company or major retail stores, you are likely connecting to their VoIP systems.
VoIP services are scalable, meaning they can meet the needs of any size company, from a small business all the way up to a multinational corporation. When your business grows, you simply add more virtual lines and pay for the minutes used instead of paying for phone lines that are used for only part of the day. In addition, competition with VoIP providers has grown drastically, creating attractive pricing models.
